(SHE/HER)

This is Creed! About 20% of my personality.

Hi, my name is Trinity (she/her). I’m honored to introduce myself and give you a peek into who I am personally and professionally, thank you for being here.

Living with chronic pain, I’m intimately aware of the toll it takes on the body, mind, and spirit— how it’s woven into the fabric of all aspects of living, how it has a tendency to keep us tethered to fear, hopelessness, and isolation. I believe in validating the reality of what is chronic and pervasive. I also believe it is possible to soften the grasp these experiences have on our lives. I’m especially passionate about supporting folx with conditions that are often invalidated and overlooked, such as IC, ENDO, & PCOS. And as a highly sensitive person (HSP), I’m deeply committed to supporting those with (extra!) tender hearts.

My approach during session is warm, direct, and I love a good (appropriately timed) laugh. Along with engaging in traditional talk-therapy and utilizing evidenced-based techniques (ACT, CBT, DBT, & Pain-Reprocessing Therapy), I enjoy incorporating other resources such as books (fiction and nonfiction), podcasts, poetry, art, and anything related to nature!

I believe in honoring the fullness of our shared humanity through therapy, as it is a space where you are entitled to a trusting relationship grounded in compassion, authenticity, visibility, and patience. I believe you are inherently deserving of respect and kindness, you are welcome here as you are.

I believe in providing affirming, accessible, and inclusive services while holding careful attention to the challenges of living amidst pervasive systematic oppression and disadvantages.

I believe in honoring the fullness of our shared humanity through therapy, as it is a space where you are entitled to a trusting relationship grounded in compassion, authenticity, visibility, and patience.

I believe in showing up to session as a human first, then therapist.

I believe you are inherently deserving of respect and kindness and you are welcome here as you are.

Favorite Media?

Podcasts, for better or for worse, make up at least 80% of my personality. For any poor soul caught in the crossfire of me learning something new from a podcast, here are the three likely culprits: Culture Study, On Being, and Hidden Brain. As for other media…I revel in the dramatic juiciness of reality TV, specifically dating shows (ie., The Bachelor/ette, Love Island, THTH, The Ultimatum), but without a doubt, my all time favorite TV series is Law and Order SVU.

Favorite foods?

My usual food cravings include mangos, olives, pickles, dark chocolate, and cheese of any sort really. (Fun fact: I got a wheel of cheese for Christmas when I was 12!) For drinks, I feel like I’m almost always walking around with a mug full of tea and I do really enjoy kombucha (hot take!).

What are you up to in your free time?

I love making up names and narratives for wildlife when I go for walks with my partner, bonus points for whoever makes the best hypothetical voice impression! On a similar note, I picked up the habit of ‘shush-ing’ people when I’m outside and hear an unfamiliar chirp because identifying birds has become a massive thing I do in my 20’s, apparently! I enjoy movement, especially when it feels like play, so I keep up with gymnastics pretty regularly. I also adore outdoor games/activities, and can be *quite* competitive. Another thing about me is that I recently started growing my own herbs and making homemade tea bags :)
